Dear Readers,

Wow!  What a boffo day for birthdays. 

But before that, I'd like to extend an extra special welcome to Kyle Putnam Rugg.  He's a huge fan of birthday boy Alex Karras, more so for his work as Webster's dad, than for his time on the football field with Detroit.  Welcome, Kyle.

Also, Jerry Vanlandingham loved (like all of us, really) the show Airwolf, so it's fitting that Jan-Michael Vincent is 64 today.

Only 45 more days until Tech plays Eastern Washington, and a mere 19 days until the start of fall camp. 

Sorry it's taken so long, but SMU came to it's senses and switched back to the old white helmets with the pony on the side.  Now...don't change them again.  Ever.
